    + very clean and tidy + next to underground station and only 20 minut to the city center + super helpful staff at the reception + the room had everything we needed and even more (shampoo, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, iron, mini-fridge, kettle,...) + the hotel is right above the Costa coffee, so every morning you wake up and you can get straight to buy some coffee and breakfast

    Very clean and spacious modern room, good facilities including fridge and iron. Great location for central London, just round the corner from underground.

    The woman in the reception is super sweet and service minded though. So that’s a plus otherwise I’d ask for my money back.

    Location was excellent, the team was very responsive and very helpful when dealing with matters. The hotel requires a few more steps in terms of checking in prior to arrival, which was not difficult at all, but it completely eliminate the need of checking in upon arrival, you simply use a pass-code to unlock the smart door lock to the room, very easy. The boxes of chocolate from the hotel staff was a nice gesture when things didn't go too well.

    Very good communication. I didn’t have cell service so I had to rely on wifi and email. They responded immediately and helped us out with anything we needed. eg. we couldn’t bring a hairdryer on the trip and they delivered one to us that night!! Thank you wonder for the wonderful stay

    It is very near to underground rail station. Facilities were good in room. It was very clean upon arrival. Good experience.
