    There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a great Sainsbury’s local 5 mins away for vital provisions. Oxford street is 15mins walk away.

    The location of the property is good, close to bus stops and tube stations. The property gave me the instruction in details how to do check-in, where to leave luggage etc. By accident, my room had a problem with the blind but the staff kindly helped me to fix it and the issue was informed in advance.

    The location was perfect. Easy to get to several Tube stations or walk to Covent Gardens. The 3 bedroom worked very well for our family and gave us a little extra breathing room over a hotel which was of high importance to us. We really loved the flat.

    That the issue was resolved very quickly. Communication was good and actions fast. Location was absolutely brilliant, as was WiFi. TV looked cool, but I never got to try it ;-)
