    Everything - the hotel was brand new & everything was extremely clean & well presented. Rooms were very spacious (hence classed as apartments) and comfortable, en suite shower bathroom with heated floors was fantastic. The shower itself is like a giant double shower, so plenty of space. The breakfast included is also great as the train back to Munich (Marienplatz) is 25-30 mins, so it is very ideal to have it & then literally walk across the road to the station as it is visible from the breakfast area, perfect start to the day.

    The hotel is new, room is very clean, s bahn is just beside and 3 stop there is a mall which have almost what you needed.

    The location was good for what we needed, 20 minutes to the city on the train. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in early with no fuss.

    Very comfortable, clean apartments in a fantastic location right next to the S-bahn. Option to add breakfast is great but perhaps a little expensive given there is a cafe round the corner offering it for only 4,50. Staff tried to be helpful but were clearly confused by the change of ownership and didnt manage to give us any extra items despite us asking.

    Lovely spacious rooms! I like the fact my accessible room was big enough for a wheelchair and had wooden floors. The little kitchen in the rooms is a really good addition! The surrounding grounds are very pretty and lovely to sit in when it’s sunny.
