The family rooms is spacious and clean. 24 hrs snacks bar. Breakfast is great. -

My family of four stayed in a delux family room for two nights. The room was quiet, clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The hotel smells amazing! The breakfast and free snack options were very, very good: Lots of variety, well presented and looked after by smiling staff. The hotel is close to a small, local night market and surrounded by a several local restaurants. We used and appreciated the free bikes to cycle around the city, the free washing machine and the gym.. It is not close to a metro station but we walked to the Pier 2 Art Centre and some good shopping streets (sports stores). The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful - they gave directions to some interesting places and helped to organise taxis. We were able to park our car in the hotel car park (down a side street about 80 metres from the hotel. -
