    FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY PADRE, DORMIR EN UN FUTON JAPONES, SE DESCANSA MUY RICO. HOTEL MUY MODERNO.

    This was our first Japanese style hotel room. It was a new experience to have to make your own bed - literally by taking the futon out of the wardrobe, assembling and putting the bedding on - in a hotel. But there is a great instruction manual and oh was this room/bed cosy and comfortable. The staff was amazing - the receptionist even spoke great German and upon learning that it was my birthday he and the management gave us delicious and freshly made chips in a special Osaka style "dressing". Thanks again - that was the sweetest thing!

    The rooms were very clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Also, the location is only about a 20 minute walk downtown, which was perfectly fine.

    Best thing was Aoi service. She helped me a lot and was very kind. The room was excellent on every aspect. Sofisticated, comfortable and extremely clean.

    Staff is amazing, spent half hour just to give me recommendations for restaurants at check in (and they’re very local and the food was amazing thanks!). Not a tourist area which I like. Overall a peaceful stay I like it.

    New and clean, nice location, shops and restaurants nearby. Very kind friendly staff who allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby before check in and then hauled them upstairs to our room for us (very big heavy backpacks!) felt very at home.
