    Really good communication over the booking.com system for check-in details so lack of a physical reception not a problem and made it feel more like using an apartment. Very clean and organised place, everything has been thought about. The free tea and coffee was also very nice.

    Place was run efficiently although it was a self check-in facility. (But be sure to check your e-mail the day before or of arrival, as they send you the key number combinations just before you are due to check in). A staff comes in everyday to clean and is very helpful with requests. Decor is minimalist and gives a calm feeling.

    Lovely little building near the city centre, 10-20min walking distance to most attractions in Kanazawa, 20min walk to from the train station however there are quite a few buses available too. The rooms were very clean, looks like a newly furnished building conveniently located about a coin laundry so you don't have to travel too far for clean clothes!

    Muy linda habitación pequeña. Hotel sin recepción, pero con comunicación rápida a distancia. Interesante ubicación para la vida nocturna.

    Though small, the place has everything you need and is super clean. Communication was quick and easy via email. The proprietor was so kind to make reservations for us at the 'Ninja Temple' (all this via quick email correspondance). Washing machines and dryers are available, which was a very useful bonus (300¥ per wash and 100¥ per 10min drying). Location is quite central; walking distance from the Ninja temple, Castle and botanical garden for example, and well connected by busses. Good value for money!

    朝食の炊き込みご飯は大変美味しく、日本を感じられる炊き込みご飯でした。 到着時のウェルカムドリンクも美味しかった。 ホテルの方の対応も丁寧でした。見晴らしも美しい。 ホテル施設も大変きれいで、女性にもおすすめできる。
