    The hospitality and relaxing atmosphere literally created by everyone from the staff made our stay wonderful. Food quality was surprisingly perfect especially in comparison to other 4-5* AI Caribbean hotels we’ve been recently. Usually while choosing a place to stay I pay more attention to the facilities and the beach than to the thanks from some staff members from fellow travelers, but here at Sugar Bay Resort the overall welcoming and relaxing attitude provided by the hotel team was a cherry on top of everything and made our family vacation perfect.

    Clean, tidy. Even though there are quite a few rooms/guests it never feels crowded or loud. It’s very well designed and maintained. It’s a beautiful property with a great beach.

    It’s a quaint hotel with character the food was fantastic even in the buffet restaurant and all the staff so polite and helpful One small improvement on the garden facing room would have been a fan on the balcony

    There are no words to describe how incredible all the staff here are! It is magical sitting eating delicious food everyday looking at the postcard-esque beach. Room extremely comfortable. We will miss it so much! Thank you Sugar Bay!

    + friendly staff + wide options for dining - steakhouse was the best! + hammocks at the beach + evening Entertainment + you can use the beach and the area even after you check out. We really appreciated this since our flight was at 8 pm! :-) Since It was our last night in Barbados we wanted to make it special. And it was phenomenal!
