Quite and clean rooms. Very important, that personal and owner are were very supportive and respecfull Hotel is located in the center street of Palermo and very quite in the rooms. The best choose in Palermo. I want to say great thank you to manager for help, that he can provide to our family with healthcare issue! Thank you !

Nothing was ever a problem, from changing the bed configuration to an airport transfer to getting our clothes dry cleaned. The room was of a big enough size with a comfortable king size bed! Air con worked and the bathroom was spacious! Everyone was super lovely and friendly so given this and the proximity to everything I couldn’t recommend it any more!

We had an amazing time! The room was great size, very clean & comfortable. The design of the rooms was with good quality and bright. The room had USB suitable portal to charge the phones. The shower was big and nice, had warm water. The minibar provided with many different things, and was not too expensive, which was great! The staff made sure we felt welcome to their property, they showed us every aspect of our room. The balcony had two chairs and a small table, and the sun exposed the balcony between 14:00-16:00 everyday, which was very nice! Even though there are two restaurants down stairs, we could never hear anything through our room. Simone, the property owner, was very nice and provided us everything we needed. We got his phone number In case we needed anything. The hotel is at a great location, located down town Palermo, where all the shops were. Everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend Suite Quaroni to everyone, including couples ;).

The room was big and the bathroom quite big too. The Suite is very central next to all the restaurants and shops around you.

Location, staff, brightness of room ,comfortable bed, great shower, spacious bathroom. I would highly recommend this property which is within walking distance of most of Palermo's historic buildings and churches. The staff were excellent and Simone was so welcoming and so helpful with everything we needed. He was most patient and encouraging in speaking Italian with me as he knew I was trying to improve my Italian. We loved our stay at Suite Quaroni.
