    A very quiet friendly family run villa location a little bit out of the busy town center in the direction of the beach! A truly tasty authentic Vietnamese noodle experience for breakfast.

    The room was spacious and very clean, Hoa was really kind, friendly and helpful all the time. It was not far from the old quarter by bike, just 8-10min ride. We had a very comfortable stay in Sum’s villa in particular and Hoi An in general. We’d like to come back one day

    Nice room and nice staff. They also manage the restaurant next door and the food was fantastic, especially the Cau Lau.

    We had a great stay in Sum's villa Hoi An. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful! I would definitely come back to stay at her place again. The free bikes, we were allowed to use, made it easy to get into the city center and to the beach.

    Very clean and big room, the lady was very kind and helpfull. The location is a bit away from Hoi An but the lady of the house borrowed us bicycles to ride to the center for free, best way to explore Hoi An!!! I really recommend Sum's homestay!

    The villa is run by lovely staff who have been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. We rented a motorbike for 120.000VND per day which allowed us to quickly and easily get around. The town is approx. 10 mins max from the villa, as is the beach! We were kindly invited for dinner at the villa owners restaurant on the last night too which was delicious! Very clean rooms, very helpful staff and great location! Nothing to fault!

    Rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. Air con worked well. Free bikes to rent which made getting to town really quick and easy - but it’s also walkable.

    The room was clean and huge, really good value for money. You can use the free bicycles. Staff was helpful when they were around. Communication via booking was really smooth and quick. Also appreciate that they tried to everything, so we could check in early.
