Very helpful and cheerful staff! The location was great for us since we needed a quick commute to the Chania airport. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a taxi lift to the airport.

Very nice and friendly staff. They have tips for beaches, food and everything. You can lend umbrellas or anything you need for the beach for free.

The property is in a lovely quite area of Crete. Not fair from Chania Old Town 20 mins in a car and near two lovely beaches one is 5 mins walk and the other is 10 mins in a car. I would definitely suggested hiring a car. The lady helped us rent one which was perfect and only £170 for a week. We travelled all over just for £50 in petrol which was amazing! There are so many places to visit botanical gardens was just breath taking and the food was first class! You must visit... lots more on this lovely island. We only knew all this because of the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. She went over and beyond to help us which you would never get this in a typical hotel. All the staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful! It was very refreshing. For the price they charge it was perfect! Thank you to all for helping us with our trip!

The location is great, as it is very close to the old city center of Chania and also close to the Airport. The complex has private parking inside, which is very helpful for those travelling by car. The staff was very helpful and nice, both before and during the stay. The apartment, although with some older areas (such as the bathroom or kitchen), had everything that's needed for a pleasant stay.
