    Check in was smooth and the staff were pleasant and smiling. Location is good, plenty of restaurants and entertainment bars within stumbling reach. I have stayed here before a few years ago and I prefer the older wing as the rooms are a little bigger and there's a balcony.

    Check in was easy. The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was generous and varied. The location allowed access by foot or bus to shops,beachfront and entertainment venues.

    I choose cos the last I went it was very good. Staffs was polite, room service was good and the maintenance guy. My recently visit was other way round. The front reception the maintenance guy was rude. We had a issue called the maintenance guy he came banging on the door and spoke rudely. Yes it was our mistake but still the was no politeness shown. The guest from other room was very noisey even after complaining to front desk they never stop . But any way this was my last booking for this hotel. Will rate this hotel 1. And I book for breakfast and I never hot it and they saw it was not booked. When I booked its was in the system.
