    Overall, the hotel is very good. The staff are excellent, always happy. The rooms are pretty good and mine had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Very good mattress on a large bed, clean bed linen and towels are changed daily. Large fridge/freezer, two free bottles of water each day, tea and coffee provided, excellent TV with many channels. The air-con worked very well, a necessity in the climate of Thailand. The swimming pool is a good size and is very well maintained, a pleasure to use. Tropical plants surround the pool area making it a wonderful place to be. The food was very good, every meal is cooked when ordered and is of good quality and very affordable.

    This is my first-choice hotel in Pattaya. It's light, bright, the rooms overlooking the pool are great with a nice balcony and the staff are excellent. It's in a quieter area but just a 10 minute walk to LK Metro, but the are plenty of food stalls, motorbike rentals, interesting places nearby etc etc. The TV reception on flat screen TVs is excellent, there are basic toileteries and coffee making stuff in the rooms, which are cleaned daily. I like the big comfy beds. Overall, it's great for the price.
