    Breakfast on balcony overlooking tranquil Nerang River very comfortable and relaxing. Spacious kitchen and living area. Short distance to shops and downtown Surfers Paradise. Walking distance to beach.

    It was nice place to stay - But unclean in my opinion. It would fail an exit report. There was dust and dirty in corners of the floor, Air con filters were dirty and dusty. lounge had dirty marks ect..

    Great location - on the bank of a serene river and yet city center is just 5 min drive while the beach is 5 min walk. Excellent view of the sea. Apartment is large, clean and amenities complete. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
