    Everything was amazing, the staff very helpful starting from reception to room services, restaurants and bar service incredible, outdoor facilities like pools, snack bars, beach pier all of them was very good overnight shows were good as well.

    This Resort was a perfect holiday for my family. The all inclusive package is such a pleasure. Friendly staff. We spoke English and found this resort very user friendly. Great spacious accommodation, very clean and comfortable. We were spoilt for choice of food and drinks. We had a kettle for tea & coffee and minibar that was replenished everyday. Entertainment was great. There is something for everyone. You can partake in as much as you like or just relax. We loved the resorts easy access to the beach and all the beautiful clean spacious pools. We highly recommend Susesi. I is well located.

    The all inclusive option was wonderful. The selection of food was excellent. The Italian a la carte was one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to and the waiters there were the best in terms of service in the entire resort. The swim up suite we took was amazing and very spacious. My toddler really enjoyed it.

    The royal suite may be a little pricey but when you factor in EVERYTHING is included with the room price, it does end up being better value for money.

    After being in belek for work and staying at another “5 star” for a week, arriving at the susesi was so welcoming. I’d had food poisoning at the other hotel so I wanted an early check in (if possible) and luckily they could, when I arrived the check in desk was helpful and friendly, and pointed out where the doctor could be found if I didn’t feel better. Which made me feel much better. The facilities are all clean and well kept, the room always immaculate and huge!! The bathrooms were also spotless. I would highly recommend the spa... it is actually a luxury spa and is up there with the big spa hotels in Dubai. Easy access to the beach and a lot of pools to choose from! The food was amazing and a good mix of healthy choices, I’m just sorry I could eat more of it. I never usually stay in the same hotel twice, but I’ve decided to come back with my husband for a week or so later on next year. Can’t recommend this highly enough, it’s not often I’m surprised by a hotel.
