    Las habitaciones son fantasticas y grandes. El personal muy amable, la consergeria ayudó mucho con los billetes de avión, reserva de restaurantes etc.. El gimnasio estupendo

    The executive lounge and staff there were brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and our junior suite quite beautiful with two toilets and a big bathroom. The City Space bar was also great with good views of Moscow. Easy to watch fireworks at 1030.

    This hotel is class and clearly deserves its 5 star rating. The staff are pleasant and offer an excellent service. I would highly recommend spending just a little more to upgrade to the Swiss Business Lounge, which entitles you to breakfast, lunch, snacks and a dinner offering. With dinner there is plenty of wine, beers, soft drinks and water available all of which is inclusive. The staff in the lounge are always pleasant and address you by name, which is a nice personal touch. The Spa, Gym and swimming pool is top class. If you like your fitness this hotel really caters well for such requirements. The City Sky Bar on the 33 floor is stunning and by night offers a view of Moscow that you can’t get anywhere else. So overall a fantastic hotel with great service and facilities.

    This hotel was amazing. It is situated near one of the biggest roads of Moscow, but inside of the hotel it's really quiet inside (also in the rooms) and there are great views in the restaurant on the 33rd floor. Location is good, just a 5 minute walk from the train and metro station. Literally everything about this hotel is good: the breakfast with a lot of choices, everything is fresh and eggs/omelets are made fresh. The room was clean, with an amazing bathroom, great beds and pillows, a lot of amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has a great ambiance and offers really good food. The lunch is rather limited, but we had a great diner on one of our days there, with fresh fish, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad etc etc. I would recommend to have breakfast in the main restaurant since that offers more choices than the executive lounge.

    Location is superb. The Executive Club Lounge is good. Staff are approachable and very helpful. City Space bar is a must. Views are panoramic from certain rooms and can see most of landmarks.

    Spacious room with tall ceilings and panoramic views over Moscow. Oversized bathroom with bath tub and a shower. Plenty of closet space. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Access to City Space Bar on the 34th floor.
