    The bed was comfortable that was it. Staff were not very helpful didn’t speak English. You were not allowed to have friends over. They were very aggressive in some ways.

    Excellent location, a 3 minute walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Courteous and very helpful staff. Definitely staying again on next trip to Turkey!

    A great location, very close to Taksim square and it's metro station. Calm, clean, comfortable and nice staff. Very good value for money and a free access to some facilities (SPA, Pool, gym and Turkish bath). Communication is super easy (many employees speak English) The best part was the guidance and support provided by the helpful, nice and professional Ozgur (client's support), she will guide you, recommend the best places (very important for a foodie like me) and she will ultimately be a friend, ask about her she will make your stay super easy and enjoyable. Thank you Gonan and a big thank you goes to Ozgur. Till we meet again :)
