    La calidad-precio. Es un precio estupendo y está bastante bien la habitación, aunque el edificio era viejo por fuera, por dentro estaba bien equipado. Había muchas escaleras para el último piso pero era mejor, xq las ventanas no daban a calle y se oía menos ruido El aire acondicionado se agradece mucho, y sobre todo el agua fresquita de la nevera.!todo un detalle! El desayuno fue en el bar de en frente, pero también son un encanto. La cama muy cómoda!!

    The room is modern, clean and the view and location were perfect. The host greeted us and was the most helpful person I have ever met at any B&B or hotel. He went out of his way to help us have the best few days in Catania, shared local knowledge for great restuarant and booked a fantastic trip to Etna. Would recommend to everyone and will be back.

    The location was perfect, the apartment was simply furnished but lovely and very large. There is a gorgeous rooftop patio, and breakfast across the street was delicious and friendly. Fabrizio was great, gave me very good suggestions on what to see and do, and responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    Great location, fabulous rooms. We left at 4:30am to go to the airport and there was Fabrizio to help us with luggage and drive us to the car park. Helpful in every way.

    Amazing stay at Fabrizio's place. The room is spacious with high ceilings, modern and very clean. There's also a terrace at the top of th building where you can enjoy the view 24/7, have your own bottle of wine or just chill. Fabrizio was very helpful, he showed us all the best places to eat (and avoided tourist traps) and also all the important sightseeings downtown. We also had a couple of questions during our stay which he promptly replied to in a couple of minutes on Whatsapp. The breakfast was at local cafes so we felt like true locals, enjoying cappuccino with some their traditional dolce.

    Loved the fact that it is centrally located and yet away from the noisy aspects of Catania. Everything is walkable and Fabricio is the most helpful host you can have! Especially if language is an issue at any point of your stay. We got an upgrade so our room was massive and Fabricio was kind enough to help us with our suitcases up and down the stairs. It’s a beautiful old building but the bnb itself is modern, sleek and very comfortable. We were more than pleasantly surprised and do hope to come back soon!

    Very clean accommodation in a nicely renovated building. The location was great close to all attractions and amenities. The breakfast provided via voucher was lovely. I found the host very welcoming and extremely helpful and communication was easy. I would certainly stay again.

    Amazing location. Close to everything! Large modern rooms which is hard to find. Great staff, flexible with check in and check out. Would stay here again!
