We thought the whole experience was really good. Hotels in the UAE can be very hit or miss and this was great from start to finish. The staff were noticably the stand out from the first moment, very attentive, great conversation, nothing was a hassle and clearly well trained. We ate at the Oak Room restaurant which was flawless. The ambience, staff and food were all 10/10. We did have one issue during our stay and once politely brought to attention of the receptionist they straight away understood that was an issue and went above and beyond to make it right. Wish I took the stand out staff members names to thank them but I'm guessing all the staff their are great! We also used the SPA which was really great. We left yesterday and already looking forward to going back soon!

the design of the tow bedroom suit was so practical yet elegant , the bathrooms and the kitchen amenities were excellent , the staff were so professional and so helpful , the breakfast was great and the staff at "the market were very friendly thanks goes to all of them especially Mai , the spa was amazing I had my massage with Jonny -i hope its the right spelling- she was really good
