    Where do I start? The moment I walked into the Kempinski I was absolutely speechless! It was breathtaking. Loved every moment staying here. The VIEWS, service, facilities & staff are just amazing! We didnt want to leave. Definitely will be coming back here for sure. We absolutely loved our cliff side suite with our own private pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend for a luxury escape 👌

    The location was excellent and the breakfast as well but the breakfast was mostly in favor of southeast asian taste and more concentrated on warm food (fish, rice...) or sushi... and the diversity for more european taste was quite poor (such as cheese, ham, fruit salad, yohgurt ...) and the coffee quality was not as high as the standards of Kempinsky

    The property is flawless. It has immediate wow factor. The staff were all helpful and friendly (albeit slow). It was easy to get around and there are great facilities! We requested an additional bed and portable cot, which was set up with toiletries for the children. A nice touch!

    Breakfast is good and there are plenty choice available . Both the executive lounge and the restaurant is good. We especially love the service in executive lounge. There is cocktail and also afternoon tea available.

    * Fantastic hotel with fabulous lobby, beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, luxurious room and impeccable service. The artwork, carvings and attention to details of the hotel and especially in the lobby is really out of this world. * Location was great, you can visit all the tourist spots in Bali easily or just shut yourself to the world and relax in the room or pool * Great gym with one with the most complete exercise equipment for a hotel * My room was so dreamy...with great view of the grounds and the ocean, large room with comfortable bed and all the amenities that you can think of * We received complementary afternoon tea (2-4pm) and cocktails (5-7pm) and they were great * The pool was large , divided into kids and adults area which is great because kids activities will not interfere with adults swimming and relaxing around the pool * The spa was blissful with therapist that is well trained. The spa was also decorated serenely
