    From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations and was perfectly ready for us and our family. Sweet touches for our children made the stay so exceptional. Location is quite ideal, close to many attractions and a short walk to the underground.

    Extremely well looked after from the time we reached the front door and greeted by Jim the doorman and the Reception staff, to the time we left. All staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. Room was well presented and remarkably quiet for central London. View from the top floor (The View) provided an extensive panorama of London. Just as impressive at night as during the day. The View was a good place to sit and relax away from our room. Breakfast was excellent. Good quality produce, very well cooked and presented. Again the restaurant staff were most obliging with the requirements of our order and attentive to our needs. With the Athenaeum located close to Green Park Underground Station we found travel around London by the Tube was very easy with good links to the Piccadilly Line for theatres and Jubilee Line for Bond Street, Borough Market & the Shard. Jim the doorman will always sort you out with a cab.
