    The Service was superb!! We had a late Check in with "Fai"! She was great, she spent the time explaining the property rules, the offerings and nearby activities. She was also accommodating to make a few changes for our friends. Throughout our stay, Fai and Keng were of great assistance and also resolved a few minor issues. In fact all staff were pleasant and helpful.

    Reception staff were really helpful especially "Fhai" she was very helpful with the information while checking INN. Except one staff member at pool was bit rude because we were eating chips at pool which wasn't allowed but I suppose she could have asked it more nicely then being so rude. Cheers, Jav

    - i would like to thank the receptionist CHAY , He was very genuine and welcoming .He assisted me for checkin and check out and He was professional and flexible . The hotel is amazing , good location , super clean rooms . I will be back for sure thank you CHAY for making my vacation memorable.

    Amazing amazing amazing everything. Perfect for couples. Not really suitable for families with kids! Everything was exceptional! Amazing staff, amazing location, great prices and amazing food Everything was a pure 10 ❤️

    Location was superb for us. On the beach for walking and Bangla road opposite almost to take you any where in Patong. Staff so helpful good English going back

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist (Fai) went above and beyond to make sure i had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very helpful with restaurants and where to go as well as organizing lifts to and from the airport. Also the room was amazing! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and ocean, and the hotel was close to restaurants and the main attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

    It is NOT a five star property as mentioned though Location is prime . spacious and equipped beachfront suite BUT WITHOUT beach view. Cooperative front desk staff who agreed to refund us after we expressed our discomfort due to loud music and strong cigarette smell everywhere ( even in the balcony)
