    This hotel is JUST FANTASTIC! First and foremost because we felt so welcome - we were treated like we were their very best guests. And then because they put extra work into making personalized welcome at our rooms, with name at our cake etc.. Our rooms were perfect, bed was wonderful, the view from the balcony was so nice, the service - all over, was so friendly - actually everything was perfect :D

    We had the most fabulous stay at The BH! You can’t ignore the magical history that enthralls the hallways, restaurants and entrance to this old school Hollywood icon. From the staff to the facilities, this hotel is nothing less than PERFECT!!! Thank you for having us, we’ll be back soon! (P.s. our baby Tommy loves his teddy bear, thank you!!)

    The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent! The hotel is a cultural icon of Beverly Hills and the staff make you feel like family. The pool is exactly where you want to be on hot day in LA. The rooms are fitted with everything you need and the beds are extremely comfortable!

    Some of the restaurant staffs at Polo Lounge are super nice! Breakfast is excellent! Miss it already! Rooms are very quite to ensure a good night sleep.

    The best customer service i’ve ever experienced. The bell man took our luggage and we were greeted at reception by the concierge who greeted us by our name. Staff recognise you and greet you by your name and are willing to help with any request you may have. They upgraded us upon arrival to a beautiful room with a balcony, and they left us treats in our room upon departure. The hotel is very well maintained and you really feel the energy of old Hollywood glamour roaming the hotel. It is just a beautiful oasis to enjoy Beverly Hills at its finest.
