    The room was very clean, nothing fancy but had the basic essentials. We appreciated having some off street parking beside the building. There is no staff as such on the premises. You access people in the hotel across the road. I think some (most?) of the rooms are occupied on a long term basis (there is a communal kitchen/laundry).

    The room we were given was upstairs (lovely view). The bed was really comfy, the shower and bathroom were lovely and there was a microwave AND fridge. Plus a bit of bench room so for that it was great. Price is great and mums only around the corner - so location wise its the best. Staff lovely. Very very clean .Check out - SOOO easy!! We have stayed MANY times before and will again. Coldest Beer in Sydney :)

    For the price we were impressed, it is very neat and clean and the manager looked after us well, pub across the street does a good meal and it is close to the St George Hospital which is where we needed to be close to.

    Convenient to the forest inn and shops also places to eat, defenetly will stay there again.
