    The staff and the people were really friendly, they did nice suggestions, where we could spend the day. It was also really clean and the rooms were nice. One of the best hostels I ever stayed in. I only can recommend it to everybody.

    Had a great time here! The hostel is clean, comfortable and cozy. Great beds, kitchen and bathrooms are nice too. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, and always down for a chat. Hilo is a cute little town too. Mahalo nui loa Adam and Clarence!

    My very first time in a hostel and was a great experience. Every thing was so clean and organised in a perfect way, the restrooms, showers and the kitchen.

    This hostel is extremely clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap was provided by dispensers on the walls of the two showers. Towels and all sheets/blanket are provided. There is a nice sitting room. I made my breakfast in the kitchen each morning and sat in the sitting room. The female dorm was large with comfortable, firm memory foam mattresses and pillows. The location is close to a grocery store and drug store. There is a local bus, the Hele-on bus which was great for getting around. I loved having a key code to put in on the locks to enter the building or the room - no key to worry about! Malia, the only staff member I met, was friendly and explained all procedures. The internet worked well! This was a great place to stay in Hilo!

    Definitely the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in! Very friendly and helpful staff. All the appliances and dishes were high quality and new. It's very quiet, so you'll get a great sleep.
