Understand property has just recently been taken over and had invested in the bar and catering areas with some new investments being made in the hotel area by giving the rooms new beds and up to date TVs with Sky. Its a shame some time wasn't spent on just checking the basics of the rooms from the electronic door locks to if all items in the rooms were secure and clean. When I was booking out I was asked how my stay was, where upon I asked the receptionist if she really wanted to know and to my amazement she took total reasonability to note all items I raised, then promised to look into the problems and I believe she will. I will make a point of returning to see, because I feel if every thing was corrected this would receive great reviews.

The Bridge Hotel was just perfect!!! Lovely, comfortable rooms. Peaceful and beautiful views on to the River Thames. Staff were very welcoming. Plenty of parking spaces free of charge for guests. We will be back!!
