    Beautiful rooms, clean and warm. Friendly staff especially Dita who was super helpful. A short walk away from the tube and plenty of bus stops close by. Lots of convenience stores close to hotel as well as restaurants and cafes. Although it is a pub that serves food and on a main road, there was no loud noise. Staff very mindful of their neighbours!

    The staff were very friendly. The room was great and I got to choose which one I’d prefer.. I assume this is because I arrived before the guests who were in the other deluxe room. I was even allowed to order drinks and food to the room from the pub which made my stay extra cosy. Breakfast was really good too. Overall a fantastic guesthouse and I would definitely stay here again.

    This is a superb place to stay in London. Convenient for Manor House tube station. Great rooms, great breakfast and a lovely pub/beer garden. Dita is always on hand to help and offer advice - she's great! We will definitely stay again.

    The only downside is that the street noise is quite audible even with windows closed. For me it was not a huge disturbance but others might be more sensitive, especially when it is warm and you want to open the windows. Nevertheless I'd happily return there again.
