    The room was exceptionally quiet, clean and comfortable. 2 minutes from the design center and about 8 from the overland to Clapham.

    Fabulous true 5 star bright modern open spaced hotel. My rooms were huge and every little detail thought out brilliantly. Vast bathroom. At last, a mini bar that's actually stocked!! All the staff are so warm and professional, valet parking is excellent and zero hassle. Always taxis right outside.

    We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of our stay at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. It was exceptionally good. The Marina suite was perfect in every way, which overlooked Chelsea Harbour, which was a wonderful view to waken up to in the morning. The staff were very helpful and efficient, but very unobtrusive in their manner. We would most definitely recommend this hotel, as nothing was left to chance. We are thinking of our next stay there, very soon

    The location was easy to get to, and close to local shops, room was clean and spacious with a brilliant view. And could smoke on balcony.

    We have enjoyed staying in this hotel for over 20 years This weeks stay was extremely disappointing. The room given to us was missing a bed for my 14 year old daughter and when I enquired I was told that it was because I had booked through Booking. com ! We were moved to a more suitable room . The mini bar was empty and not refilled. There was one wine glass and one tumbler There was no robe for my daughter. At breakfast the room was not busy but we had to wait 30 minutes for the coffee and 45 minutes for breakfast ! We had to gently remind the staff on 3 occasions that we had not been served Some of the staff were excellent others less so particularly when it came to a discussion about the room We were not looking for an upgrade simply a room which allowed enough space for the additional bed. Our booking details were clear , there would be 3 of us. Altogether a very disappointing experience. We skipped breakfast on the second day and stopped on the journey back

    Stayed before and after our wedding. Jose concierge, Paul in the bar and James in the restaurant on Thursday 15th all very good. Room service breakfast on Sat 17th excellent - and you acted very quickly when we asked at 7am for you to bring it before the 9am originally requested - many thanks. A beautiful location - thanks for the balcony and harbour view for our wedding night.

    I loved the bathroom with bath and separate shower, the robe and toiletries I loved the relaxed breakfast: staff were friendly and helpful but just in the background so I let welcome to stay to stay and read the paper, enjoy the view and just relax. Food was all high quality and nicely served and presented at supper in the bar area I loved look of the spa but didn't make time to go along in the end. I saw a fox on the roof opposite!

    The location is amazing, sitting on the balcony overlooking the harbour and Thames is one of the best views from a hotel in London.
