Really lovely rooms - design aspect of the hotel was great! More boutique hotel than hostel if you are staying in a private room.

This place was a dream come true. After traveling through a bit of Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam I spent my last 5 nights in this hostel. Very friendly, competent, sincere workers (especialy the girl in the afternoons) who don't try to sell you anything. The space is very well designed, with a great rooftop terrace (bar wasn't open when I was there due to rainy season) and by far the best part are the two LOVELY CATS!!! The space is ample, the beds are large and comfortable and the shower is very modern (not wetting the toilet like most places).

I was in town for a wedding and stayed in a hotel in a more central location - but after the wedding I decided to explore Ho Chi Minh City a little bit. The common room project was perfect for that purpose! Located in a very local neighborhood and has a very lively atmosphere, with all these food joints nearby that local young people would visit. The staff were all very knowledgable and willing to help, as I result I acquired a few essential skills to navigate the HCMC. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

I loved this hostel! I stayed for four nights and met so many cool people here. The rooftop bar is really nice and the dorm is huge, nowhere in any hostel have I ever seen such a big space for eight people! The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I booked the Cu Chi Tunnels tour with them which was very professional. Location is great - you do end up spending a fair bit on Grabs if you are staying for a few days but it’s so worth it to be in an interesting part of the city. The hostel map and food recommendations were on point especially the banh mi stall a few streets away! I highly recommend staying here for a fun and interesting Saigon experience.
