Room recently decorated/renovated to a very high standard and comfort. Initially disappointed that a continental breakfast is delivered to the room at the agreed time but this was very good - but no butter with the croissants.

The staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious, a tasty continental breakfast was delivered to the room in a pretty basket in the morning. Gatwick airport is only 7 miles away so this really is the perfect location to stay before you fly. Highly recommended!

Cowdray Arms on a whole is absolutely lovely. Can't fault the staff, cleanliness or comfort and if you get there in time you can taste their drink and food.

Location is good for me, convenient for work. Staff friendly. Food in pub/restaurant is good. I will probably come back for dinner, but not too stay again.

Staff were lovely. Food in the bar/restaurant was really good. Breakfast arrives in a basket delivered to the room exactly on time and was full of goodies. Location is good if you are travelling with a car and going to local places of interest.
