    Excellent room and an amazing location - cool and quiet considering the location. As a female traveller it also felt safe. Complimentary cocktails were lovely. Two female staff were very approachable and nothing too much trouble. Near to everything by tube. Interesting and lively area.

    Quirky with lots of gin!!! Staff were very helpful. The Ginstitute experience was really great. Had a great time

    Staff throughout the Ginstitute were fantastic , friendly and very accommodating . We were on second floor and young Irish guy who booked us in carried our bags upstairs. The bar was a great place to have drinks before and after dinner. We didn’t eat at the hotel but nearby restaurants were great. Easy stroll to Ladbroke Grove train station. Would recommend fit youngies or fit older people stay here. We would definitely stay again despite the stairs. Top stuff Del and Luke

    There was nothing to like about it I have stayed in better hotels for less money and better facilities. The room was small and had to go to Sainsburys for food and drink witch cost more money.

    ¡La pasé mejor en la Destilería! Habitación situada en la 2a planta, con vistas a Portobello Rd y al oeste de Londres. Equipo de personal funky y auténtico, limpio y ultra amable.
