    The free car parking they let me park early on the day I arrived and also let me leave the car the next day after I had checked out. They also had my room ready for check in as i informed them i was arriving late morning. I wasn't expecting to go into my room at that time so that was nice, thank you.

    Really very welcoming staff. On reception, in the restaurant. Nothing was a problem. Treated us like people who just wanted to enjoy our stay. As if we were staying in an...er....hotel. Exceptional. We will always stay there from now on when we come back to london

    It’s clean, nicely decorated, staff efficient and friendly. Eco packaging for toiletries, strong shower, lots of hot water, great breakfast, free parking, nice selection of teas, fresh milk, air conditioning and biccies.

    Was wonderful stay! Friendly staff, outstanding cleanliness, comfy rooms, good tv, good value for money. Overall stay was so good, that we never been in better well balanced, looked after room before!
