    Really a home away from home in a typically english setting. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds and bathroom with extreme attention to details. Just open the bathroom cabinet and you’ll find all the practical things you need just there. Wonderful host, she really makes you feel welcome and knows so much about the area and more to help you out. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and the town is very cute and relaxed. We even had little deers in the garden early morning.

    Easily the best place that I have stayed in a long time. Having been touring in Shetland and Orkney, Cromarty had been recommended to us; we had seen quite a few hotels and B&Bs in the previous 10 days and the Factor's House was head & shoulders above the lot. Very personal and attentive, like living in a luxurious family home with truly excellent food.

    Outstanding accomodation with very warm welcome from the owner - and cake! Room furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We booked for evening meal which was also superb - locally sourced produce.
