    Excellent rooms and great location for Kingston and chessington theme park. Such good value for money and the staff were very welcoming and gave great service

    Bed was comfy and there were lots of nice touches like jelly babies. The room was really interesting too... although carpeted walls was a little odd!

    The whole experience of being there was fantastic, from the very helpful staff to the decor and facilities in the room itself and the exceptionally comfortable bed. We were particularly impressed because it was only £10 more than somewhere else we had recently stayed, not in London, that was decidedly shabby in comparison. They really couldn’t have done any better.

    Have already given this place a shining review after my 1st stay in Feb. 2019. Only real change is that the shower which was a bit weak last stay has been improved vastly. Low stress, high quality accomodation. Has more of a feel of an apartment in that you have a separate street entrance to the pub and you can come and go as you like without having to circumvent reception.

    Clean, classy& contemporary rooms with their own separate entrance so no need to go through the bar. The complimentary biscotti and jelly babies were a really nice touch as were the copious toiletries. However, what really made this place stand out were the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
