    We use this hotel often as our family live in the area. It is very convenient for train in to Glasgow centre or drive/train to Loch Lomond. The pool and gym are well maintained and restaurant and bar prices are reasonable.

    Was very clean and efficient, room service made very easy and had an extremely relaxing nights stay.. restaurant also lovely food definitely recommend.

    The place was amazing, next to a very modern hospital - we never found out just why. The parking and grounds were extensive and the place was very big and light. The only drawback was the evening meal (we chose to eat in the restaurant) which was very disappointing. The breakfast the next day however was excellent.

    Amazing staff all except one waitress who was extremely rude. Lisa at reception was amazing and very helpful, made our stay a so lovely.

    The breakfast was very good. Location was fine because I already know Glasgow otherwise it's a good bit away from the City Centre if you want to visit Glasgow that is. The staff were very nice and the room very comfortable and the price reasonable.

    Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Room and ensuite were vey clean and overall the facilities were good. Staff we encountered on our stay were helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
