    What a hidden gem this is! Located on a busy street (actually quite practical since it means you dont have to drag your luggage through pedestrian streets), but the room was super quiet and ultra clean. Beds extremely comfortable and bathroom perfectly equipped. Reception not open full time but that is compensated by easy communications through whatsapp, with almost immediate response every time. We made a taxi reservation that way and they even arranged an extra early (06.30) full breakfast on departure as we had an early flight. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

    The hotel is really clean and the room well-equipped. Even Netflix was available. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming. It was easy to get to the breakfast in the room next-door.

    The Grey was a little Oasis in the heart of Naples. We were made to feel so very welcome and breakfast was a treat with the wonderful Maria doing everything to make us happy. Both Tussi and Maria were kind, generous, helpful and genuine. We would definitely stay here again.

    Super large double room and all brad new facilities in a small B&B in a refurshed flat in a grand building in Corso Umberto. Very sophisticated lighting and room design. Walking distance to train station and the very central via MezzoCannone and piazza San Domenico Maggiore. Perfect breakfast. All well looked after. Super attention to all details and essential needs of travellers. Very friendly and professional personnel.
