    Pedi dos camas y eran pequeñas y llevamos dos bebes de 1 año, no estubimos bien al reservar , quedo constancia de 2 adultos y 2 bebes

    Staff provided great assistance, except for the guard assigned when we checked-out, he didn't assist in opening the door despite seeing our hands are full. Water supply, hot and cold shower is good.

    I liked this place, it is 3 star but for me the location, facilities and comfort were perfect. The comfy bed really surprised me. It is not perfect but I have to say the check-in, room and housekeeping were great. I only needed a bed as out all day but they have a restaurant were you can get a good meal, usually with some live music in the evening. The restaurant us closed on a Sunday evening but other options near by. If you want a good base, good price, easy transport to Manila centre, without frills then it is worth trying

    The staff are accomodating. Everyone greets you with smile on their face. When I got there, the two receptionists were having small talk about someone which shouldn't be done in front of a customer. They have good comms skills though (receptionist and the girl at the buffet room) I invited some friends for breakfast. Price is a bit costly versus the food that they offer. Wifi didn't disappoint me. 😊

    Beds very comfortable. Breakfast good. Location was questionable but safe. Biggest problem was nowhere to walk to as regards sightseeing. Travel everywhere by taxi.

    The staff were really friendly and helpful. Security and parking is good and gives peace of mind. The beds were comfortable. The room aircon was just right. The hot shower was really nice. Appreciate that they did not give my room away even when i got there really late.
