The room itself was adequate although neiether window in room opened (locked) and nobody to ask to unlock. Reasonably clean. HOWEVER...NO Breakfast !!!!!!! no excuse, no staff but cleaner who told us we could get breakfast at café along high street. DISGRACEFUL....How can you advertise B&B AND parking, which was on main road and not in a car park. The minute we arrived (3.45pm on Saturday) we had to search for a member of staff. Place was like a ghost establishment!!!! then when a lady from bar staff finally appeared 8 minutes later we were asked to pay …...no welcome, just wanted money. No customer service and NO BREAKFAST. We should have been compensated. We had to find and pay an extra £28 for small breakfast (uncooked). Apalling !!!!!! Will not be coming back and will be warning other people of false advertising.
