    We knew what to expect as we had stayed there about 18 months before. The bedrooms are OK, although perhaps a touch cramped. The breakfast menu is good and the food is good and plentiful but service is not the best. I could have done with another cup of coffee.

    We liked the proximity to friends in nearby village. The garden. and view. The breakfast was great and our friends could join us and the sunny morning, service and view were beyond expectations. We enjoyed looking around the pub as the decor was like museum...interesting and restful.

    VERY POOR selection of CEREALS VERY POOR BREAKFAST UNDERCOOKED BACON, DRY SAUSAGE,COLD BEANS TOMATO AND MUSHROOM ONLY THING WARM AND COOKED PROPERLY POACHED EGGS.
