    The view is great and the atmosphere in the room (nice colours and set-up) is lovely, there is warm water and it is quiet.

    Location was calm and tranquil, parking was limited however there was always a space available for us. Please note keenly: If you are looking for a resort where your amenities and entertainment are taken cared of, this is not the stay for you. However if you are in search of a retreat which reflects an authentic Jamaican experience with breathtaking views, a calm and relaxed lifestyle guarded by a chilled Rastafarian and a young attractive woman then this is the place for you. We used this accommodation as a resting place after a long day of sigh seeing and honestly, the vibe was mellow, the place was safe and manned and we were pleased with the overall experience.

    *Beautiful views from the restaurant and the balcony. *Quiet and cozy location *Management and staff is great. They will give you advice and help you out with whatever you need inside and outside the hotel. *Wonderful Rastafarian atmosphere to live a unique experience *Amazing vegan breakfast. They cook it every morning with fruits and veggies they grow.

    The air was fresh, stunning view from the terraces, traditional Jamaican breakfast different every morning (we stayed for three nights) with great coffee, bright design, friendly helpful stuff, great ambiance.

    The love and respect for rastafari in every service and detail, from the paintings on the wall and the names of the rooms (Roots, Morning Light, Natural Mystic, Africa...) to the organic vegan breakfast and dinner (cooked with homegrown ingredients). The livity of the staff and owners. Roots reggae all day long, fit for European & American travellers who are not really into dancehall. Spectacular view over the mountains south of Ocho Rios. Lovely walk around the property, a beautifully crafted trail through the jungle.

    The Lion house has a blessed vibration and an Irie ambience in a peaceful setting and I-sure, Adear and Elizabeth along with the rest of the Lion house staff were very welcoming, helpful, accommodating and friendly. It was both a Joy and a blessing to stay at the Mighty Lion house, I give thanks.

    Los anfitriones Oliver y Shanice son muy abiertos y serviciales. El establecimiento se encuentra a unos minutos en coche de Ocho Ríos, en una zona tranquila con buenas vistas. El desayuno jamaicano es muy bueno y se puede tomar en una agradable terraza al aire libre, donde también hay un bar cómodo. Los ingredientes del desayuno son frescos y provienen de granjas locales.
