    It was a great location for us, the room was big and comfy. We had two rooms and only shared the bathroom between the two of us, which was great!

    The Hotel is in a great location. It's value for money. Great view of the city. Quirky entrance to the accommodation. Staff were very friendly and the meal in the bistro was beautiful

    Despite the looks on the outside, it was an extremely well maintained b&b. The breakfast was good, and it was as comfortable as anyone could expect. They provide towels which is nice, and the shower gel was amazing! It made my skin feel so soft. Also, we had a lot of privacy.

    The Merton always feels like home. It is comfy and convenient. The simple serve yourself breakfast is always handy.

    Its a nice old pub with rooms upstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful, was able to get a late checkout pn my last day. As a bonus the pub is busy and has live music (not too late or too loud, tho) so you can have a drink and food to relax downstairs. Would definitely return next time.

    Cheap room and, for the price, really good in comparison to other pub rooms woth shared bathrooms etc.
