    At the old brew house it is a friendly and fantastic place to stay with excellent views, bar and restaurant. Close to the sea front and town with some brilliant staff. Will visit again

    The location was great, right on the waterfront. It's a lovely little pub with a nice restaurant and bar. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant as well as included breakfasts. Good portions, nicely cooked. Outside is pretty and very accessible. Staff are friendly and happy to go the extra mile for you. The room was great, spacious with a large bed and seating area and also a spacious bathroom. We'd definitely book here again!

    Was there to get married. Staff put bottle champagne in room with 2 glasses and a card. Thought it was really nice and thoughtful of them. Thank you. Location was brill. View from rooms was fantastic. Room was so clean. Beautiful decor. Comfy bed....faultless. Bar area was coy n nice atmosphere. Breakfast choice was excellent. Service was excellent. Food was presented 5 star and quality was 11 out of 10. Highly recommend staying here. Alex and Sandra Swankie

    Lovely room with great sea views. Food was fantastic, I enjoyed the Aberdeen Angus steak which was perfected cooked and the Arbroath Smokies at breakfast were delicious. Great location for visiting the coast area, the abbey and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    The breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous A native of Arbroath - but live in South Wales now so booked this for a family wedding Wasn't disappointed - very accommodating Had an evening meal there too Also had my family meet for drinks there before the wedding Had to leave at 630am so left the key with a member of the cleaning staff who was happy to help just gutted we missed our last breakfast with you
