Great location- close to all the big sights or easy subway access Friendly staff with great English - you get a hostel tour and help with your bag up the stairs Large kitchen with all the basics Free hot drink Chilled lounge which is also a cafe in the day Really comfortable beds Cheap laundry with powder provided and rooftop air drying facilities as well as the tumble dryer I met great people there And the slide from the mezzanine to the cafe! -
