    Bed lumpy ,decor tired and faded . owner was rude and obnoxious. Abusive when we explained that rhere was no hot water for show or lighting on stairwell as bulb was vlown.

    The location was central and the staff were very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the owner left breakfast cereals, different breads and a toaster, kettle, milk etc... as he knew people were having a start which was before the general breakfast time.

    the heating was on all night couldn't turn it off besides it being a wast of money it was totally hot in the room

    Lovely homely staff paddy x team do a great job we spent 2 great nights at the perrin in met lovely people who stay their from year to year beautiful breakfast x evening meal well done to all
