    No issues, everything was brilliant. The food was great, staff were very attentive. It’s slightly out of the way but that was my error for not checking the travel links. If you want something based within 10mins of the city or prefer things in walking distance then this may not be for you but otherwise it’s a great place to stay and I would book again if I was looking for something out of the City.

    Bedroom clean and comfortable. Bathroom small but clean and good powerful shower.

    It was really comfortable. The bathroom was stunning and the shower amazing. Really clean and the food (which is 50% discounted) is absolutely lush. Facilities were good and in good condition. Staff were all very friendly. We loved it there and can’t wait to stay again.

    Superbly comfy Hypnos bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. Really well designed and helped have a great nights sleep. Air con was also a massive bonus!

    I liked the Victorian bar and the restaurant. The food and wine were excellent. The staff were excellent.

    The room was very clean and comfortable, there was also air conditioning which was great considering London was quite hot during our stay! Most of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
