    tooodo me gustó. El personal es super amable. Todos tratan de que te sientas bienvenido. Los restaurantes son muy buenos, el hotel es excelente como todo Ritz Carlton. La cama es cómoda, el desayuno variado y abundante.

    1. Excellent and attentive staff albeit very green (youthful staff / new hotel). 2. The gym was a bonus, great views. 3. The steaks were delicious. 4. The pools had air-con sun beds. 5. The breakfast was modified each morning. 6. The coffee machine in the room. 7. Fast dry cleaning service. 8. Personal shuttle to local fisher man village a smooth process. 9. Staff had perfect English and very knowledgeable about activities to do during the day and local bars to visit at night. 10. Pathway through rainforest to all facilities well maintained and soft lighting at night. 11. Entire Hotel floor resin nice to walk on especially with wet flip floors etc / nice finish. 12. Open plan rooms with sliding doors. 13. Bottom 5 inches of toilet door transparent / glass. Uncomfortable for a female or newly couples. 14. Fanned balcony.

    Good hotel but with prices too expensive. Eating, dining or any other service is too expensive in relation to quality. Pool, beach and good room.

    The place is amazing 10/10. Ms Wong is excellent we’re very impressed in her hospitality such a professional level. Also the ingredients of the food are so fresh and clean.

    The infinity pool overlooking the beach is fantastic, beautiful views. Breakfast was good especially the pastries! Excellent service, they clean the room twice a day, the feeling of coming back to a clean and tidy room just made us feel so good. Also very accomodating for families with young children like us. The staff are all very friendly they never fail to greet us. It was raining on one night and the staff made sure we get back to our suite dry as a result he was all drench! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends!
