    Club lounge was excellent and staff couldn't do enough for you. Great location with rear entrance straight into local shopping mall and just a 5 minute walk via an U/G subway to Osaka main JR and metro stations

    Excellent Japanese and Chinese restaurants and a good spa. Staff were very attentive and the concierge was extremely helpful and resourceful. We didn't have afternoon tea at the Ritz but it was clearly popular.

    The room is so big and especially for the bath room, which has 2 wash bins. The view for the evening is very nice. And the location is also very convenient from Osaka station, which just take 10 mins for walking.

    Even before we got to the hotel, the concierge team was incredible in providing support and assistance to us in planning our trip. The staff are fantastic and really make the Ritz-Carlton Osaka a unique, personal and wonderful place to stay when visiting Osaka. Definitely a cut-above other 5-star hotels I have stayed with previously.

    Everything expected of luxury hotels they were more than able to provide. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room we got was on the top floor with a great view of the Osaka Station. The bed was super comfortable; we were able to fall asleep quickly every night and wake up refreshed.
