    The room was a decent size for a cheap hotel, but below ground level with tiny windows that were permanently covered. The room itself was fine, and the bed, though soft, was comfortable and clean.

    They refused to issue a receipt, even though it is mandatory for Booking clients. The personal did not speak English at all, and could not accept credit card as payment. Also the room was full of cockroaches. Absolute disgrace.

    We were staying in the 3 person room with 2 beds. The room was clean and beds are good. Room is located at the back of the building and it was quiet. Shared bathroom was close to the room and clean. Location was in our case perfect as we had to be in the area of Roman Road during the day.

    Personnel was very nice and helpful. We had a quiete and clean room, we could park a bike in the courtyard, make our breakfast ourselves with the provided eggs and toasts and eat it in the sun. Of course it is not a high standard hotel, but for that price in London I was very positively surprised !

    Room is tidy and clean and well-furnished. The bed was confortable. Hotel is near Central Underground Line (betnhal green) which allow to move easily through London. Easy check-in and checkout.
