    Me gusto mucho el detalle que les he pedido por ser mi aniversario de matrimonio y me han puesto una decoración muy bonita. Las respuestas muy rápidas y el personal muy atento y muy amable.

    The pool area was really nice, beautiful view over the ocean and beach, beach access, breakfast was good value for money, beautiful room, the lady who rented scooters and activities was excellent!!

    The service was outstanding. Me and my partner both work in 5 star hotels and have a good idea of quality service, and the attention to detail and genuine nature of the staff was of an extremely high standard. Every single staff member that crosses paths with you smiles and greets you. I ordered a cappuccino on the first morning, and the next morning they came up to me and asked if I would like a cappuccino remembering my order from the day before. They continued to do this for the remainder of the stay. Every staff member seemed extremely well trained, and they were very willing to help with anything we needed. The service at this resort would be at the same standard or higher than any of the 5 star luxury hotels in Australia and NZ.

    This hotel should be a 5-star hotel! Everything was perfect: big room, amazing pool and great view (just in front of the sea), very good breakfast and the staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel at 100%.

    The rooms are huge!! So well equipped!! Really great location, so close to night life yet far enough to offer privacy. Jacuzzi suites are such a treat!! Great service in terms of boat transfers, scooter rental, you name it!! Wonderful infinity pool!
