    The room was excellent: very comfortable and being an avid reader, the staff furnished my room with a night lamp for reading. The staff are very friendly and are always happy to go out of their way and serve you. I give them ALL 100%!!!! Rooms are cleaned daily and soap and 2 bottles of water are supplied.

    Lovely Guest House, lovely people, nice quiet pretty street, and very central to all you would need in Pattaya, would stay again, 100%.

    AC was very cool, no noise just better than expected for such cheap place. Clean room too. Pretty comfortable bed. Good location for central Pattaya. Staff are friendly and easy going, “sabai sabai”. Despite small room size without balcony yet ok as the room has the window and fine in general. Still very valued for the low key budget trip in overall.

    We had 4 rooms. Room C7, room 21, room 31 and room A24. All four were excellent. The staff can not do enough for you. I have been coming to Thailand for 18 years. This is the best accommodation I have stopped in. I will stay at this guest house next time I visit Pattaya. The location is on a quiet Soi and has everything in walk8ng distance. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away.

    central location as hotel location. friendly staff friendly. helpful. kind hearted. cleanliness great. room cleaning is done every day. The hotel always has hot water and towel service. sometimes noise at night. noises are relevant to customers.
