    Staff members of various levels and in different areas such as ground floor and 42/F receptions, restaurants (your staff Emily Chen and another lady staff member wearing black uniform, and your staff responsible for opening oysters, all during the dinner buffet in Social Restaurant gave us a lot information and advice on the food) we met and swimming pool (staff members proactively introduced the hotel facilities, showed us the way to the pool and let us have plastic bags for containing swimming suits after swimming), are very polite, helpful and proactive. We also met your F&B Director Mr Kuhnt. He talked to us during our breakfast and cared about the food quality and our overall comment about the hotel as well.

    Besides the luxurious and spacious rooms, the most impressive encounter is the warm hospitality of every staff we contacted/met from reservation of room , check in and in swimming pool. They are all polite, friendly and helpful. Knowing the purpose of our stay, the hotel specially decorated our rooms and we were also given complimentary chocolates and cakes. It was really great and make our trip memorable. Thanks to St. Regis Zhuhai's management and the team!

    The breakfast is good and it is good that it ends at 11am. The swimming pool has been fixed and not as noisy in Feb, which is good. It would be best if there is suna, then just the steam room available in the gym.

    The room is very luxurious, white marble, amazing bathtub with view, entertainment system with powerful sound. All necessary amenities are available. There is an expresso coffe machine and the mini bar is well furnished.

    I have stayed in some nice hotels over the years, but nothing that comes even remotely close to my experience at the St Regis Zhuhai. Every single little detail was impeccable, from the tea provided at check in to the butler service. I did notice that some of the staff seemed a little less experienced (understandable given it is such a new hotel), but their friendliness and eagerness to please more than made up for any shortcomings. I already look forward to my next stay!
